Hedsor House

Our journey with Hedsor House started when a member of their team put an enquiry through our printed luxury bag website for some branded luxury gift bags for their wedding venue in Buckinghamshire.  They had already done their research and were looking for an uncoated, recyclable bag with ribbon handles and had a good idea about the size they required.

As we do with many of our customers we like to start things off by having a quick chat on the phone, ensuring we had a really good understanding of the exact specification and design Hedsor was looking for, and we then built a bespoke quote specific to their requirements.

Our next step is to ensure that Hedsor were happy too, so we sent across a detailed quote to the customer with some different quantities to show the benefit of ordering in higher volumes to achieve the best value for money. Our distribution team popped some samples of similar bags/designs we had recently produced for other customers in the post too, so the Hedsor team could be confident in the quality of the bags we produce.

Once we had discussed the quote and confirmed lead times with them, our design team created a digital proof. A digital proof allows us to show exactly how the final bag will look, including confirmation of Pantone's, logo & handle positioning, sizing and folds. We want to make sure that everything is perfect before we move to print. Hedsor then approved the sample, made payment and then we started production.

We don't go silent at this point, we kept Hedsor updated with our progress and confirmed the delivery date alongside sending them tracking information so they knew exactly when the bags would be arriving.

Delivery day arrived, and our team got in touch to ensure everything was as expected. The team there were thrilled and our team received some great feedback & lovely images of the bags in use. We can't wait to work with Hedsor House in the near future, relationship matters to us, and we'll be on hand when they're ready for their next order.
