Hedsor House

This customer enquired through the website for some branded luxury gift bags for their wedding venue in Buckinghamshire. They were looking for an uncoated, recyclable bag with ribbon handles and had a good idea of the size required.

After a quick phone chat, we had an excellent understanding of the exact specifications for Hedsor House and the designs the team was looking for, so we built a quote specific to their requirements.

We then sent this quote to the customer with some different quantity breakdowns to show the benefit of ordering in higher volumes which would achieve the best available pricing, as we're able to hold stock this can often be a perfect way of ensuring a lower price and never running out of stock. We also sent out some samples of similar bags/designs we had recently produced for other customers so they could be confident in the quality of our products.

Once we had discussed the quote and confirmed lead times with the customer, our design team created a digital proof that showed exactly how the bag would look, including confirmation of pantones, logo and handle positioning, sizing, and folds. The customer approved the sample, made payment, and then we started production.

We kept the customer updated with our progress and confirmed the delivery date alongside tracking information so they knew precisely when the bags would be arriving.

Once the bags were delivered we received some great feedback & lovely images of the bags in use. We look forward to working with Hedsor House in the near future for their next order.
